The little dark place,

I know your scared,
of the monsters that lurk out there.

Open you're eyes.
The monsters in front of you,
are a disguise.

Call my name.
I will show you,
our burning flame.
But Demon,
Once you see it you will find,
that those monsters,
are You and I.
Let me in.

In the pretext of sleep
In the pretext of sleep, my mind wanders even though I am physically exhausted. I can feel the dull ache of my tiring body slowly cooling down and relaxing. Surely, my conscious realizes that it’s time to be resting my body. The second this thought of rest arrives, it is rudely interrupted by the overwhelming thoughts of the wandering mind. I can feel my thoughts ranging from the tiniest of incidents that happened throughout the day, to my deepest insecurities. A Feel of Deprivation
I am a human, unique and set apart,
I celebrate myself and sing myself,
And so, like everyone, I deserve my own respect.
But your disregard and contempt for my human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged me and others,
But I shall not be taken lightly,
I permit to speak at every hazard, you do not control me.
I am allowed to stage a rebellion against your tyranny and oppression.
What say you about my rights?
Stop this day and night and you shall possess the origin of all poems,

Trying to Clear My Mind
Invisible until,
a smile seen through a window.
A bright light ensnaring a moth.
Handsome, quiet mystery.
Many reasons to walk away,
but... a puzzle and I reluctantly,
obsessed. Trying to turn away,
but piqued by music, art, creativity!
Just let it go, let it go,
why can't I let it go. Filled with curiosity.
The best way out is through.
Must unravel the mystery.
Would he meet for coffee,
a phone call,
a text?
